Beyond absentee Home Watch services, we can provide you with a one-stop, single-point of contact for all of your property maintenance, repairs, renovation, redecorating or special project needs.

It is imperative that your home be inspected weekly to prevent serious damage caused by water leaks, utility outages/power surges, appliance problems, insects, mold and mildew. We provide monthly reports at your request and if any problem is detected that requires immediate attention, we’ll contact you and handle it on your behalf.

Weekly Inspection Check List

  • Check entire house inside and out for water, mold, mildew or insect problems
  • Check that security system is functioning
  • Check for forced entry/broken windows
  • Check that all doors and windows are locked
  • Re-set electric appliances/breakers from power outage
  • Check smoke alarms/replace batteries semi annually
  • Flush/check all toilets for leaks
  • Run/check all faucets for leaks
  • Run kitchen disposal once per month
  • Run kitchen dishwasher once per month
  • Function of refrigerator
  • Check function and temperature of air conditioners per owners’ instructions
  • Check lights and fans to operate per owners’ instructions
  • Open and close garage door once per month
  • Check cleanliness of pool and pool pump operation
  • Check inside gardens and planters for proper maintenance and watering
  • Arrange and supervise cleaning/housekeeping as directed by owner

Administration Check List

  • Monthly bill payment for utilities, regular service people as directed by the owner
  • We act as your emergency contact number in your absence
  • Record keeping with detailed records of all activities, monthly and annual accounting to the owner
  • Keyholder access to property as directed by owner
