Q. Where are WMC's Vacation Rentals located?
WMC Managment Company represents a select group of fine Vacation Rental Properties in the area known as the Gold Coast of St. Maarten / St. Martin. With new developments such as Shore Pointe at Cupecoy – 16 luxury homes on Cupecoy Beach; Porto Cupecoy – a Mediterranean inspired seaside village with fine residences, shops, restaurants and gourmet grocery and the exclusive villas of the French Lowlands (Terres Basses) this is the place you’ll want to be!
The Gold Coast is truly the best location on the island! All within a 15 minute radius is the Princess Juliana International Airport; 6 or more of the islands' best beaches; Maho with the vibrant Casino Royale and its many fine shops, restaurants, nightlife and lounges; PLUS the famed La Samanna hotel and the charming French capital town of Marigot!
Q. What is Included with a Vacation Rental through WMC?
All of our properties have been handpicked and represent the finest available in the area. All of our properties are inspected and qualified to ensure that every detail provides an unparalleled experience. WMC's Vacation Rentals are fully equipped including Wireless Internet, Free unlimited phone calls to and from the USA & Canada, Hairdryers, 110 Volt Electric current, soaps, paper products and other supplies.
Our residences at Porto Cupecoy are managed by Pierres Caraibes.
For all of our properties 24/7 Emergency / Maintenance assistance is always available and the WMC Team is right in the neighbourhood to help with anything you’ll need to make this the best vacation yet!
And our private villas include daily housekeeping (except Sundays) and our Condominium residences include light housekeeping every other day.
Q. What if we’re a small family or it’s just the 2 of us but we’d still like to enjoy a condominium residence or private villa for our vacation?
WMC has the answer! You'll notice that some of our larger villas and residences are available to smaller groups. Many are ideal for just the two of you with spacious living areas and maybe even a private pool - or two couples wanting the extra space of a 3 bedroom apartment or villa.
Call or email us for information of look through our properties online. Our search is designed to help you find all of your options - quickly! Just fill in your dates, the number of adults and children in your party and we'll show you all the options. If you'd rather search by a specific number of bedrooms just change the number in your party until the desired number of bedrooms appears!
Q. How do we Check-in when we arrive?
We will monitor your flight to estimate your time of arrival. You’ll have the easy directions to your 'vacation home' and a member of our Team will be waiting there to meet you. You’ll be given a tour of the property, shown the ‘ins & outs’ and you will be provided with a Welcome Book with all the information you’ll need to immediately relax and enjoy! If you're to enjoy all that Porto Cupecoy has to offer you'll be met by a representative of Pierres Caraibes.
Q. What are the Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policies?
A rental deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. Depending on the specific property the rental balance is required either 45 or 60 days in advance; 120 days in advance for Holiday Season bookings. If booking your reservation within the balance due time period the full amount is required to confirm your reservation.
Your rental contract will detail the Cancellation Policy for your specific rental.
No Refunds will be given for storms. Travel Insurance is highly recommended which can be obtained when purchasing airline tickets.
