Its managing director, John Lemacks has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate. After successful real estate and banking careers in the USA, he and his wife, Dale Dawson have been involved in every aspect of real estate - buying, selling, building and developing - in both the French Lowlands and the Dutch Lowlands since the early 1990's.
Having successfully completed the development of Shore Pointe at Cupecoy they formed Elite Properties, now a full service real estate company focusing on the needs of property owners in the Lowlands. Elite Properties offers real estate services to sellers and prospective buyers in the area as well as professional property management for vacation rental properties, long term rental properties as well as a unique ‘Vacation Home Watch Program’ for absentee owners.
John is skilled in managing staff and overseeing daily operations as well as responding quickly and efficiently in emergency situations.
